Survivors include his wife, Helen (Roth) Midkiff; daughter, Amy McCloud (Kelly); sons, Allen and David Midkiff and Donald Gullion (Sandra); brother, Donald Midkiff (Zelpha); and grandchildren. We would like to thank Dr. James Fitzpatrick for the wonderful and loving care he provided to Les for so many years, and he will be treasured in the hearts of his family in gratitude forever.
