Mr. Horsey, or Uncle Ned, as he was called by his intimate friends was of a jovial disposition and enjoyed the confidence and esteem of the entire community. He had been in failing health for some time, in fact, ever since the death of his wife, which occurred about three years ago.
The deceased is survived by three brothers, Messrs. William P., Alonzo R., and Joshua Horsey of this city. Funeral services were held at Mt. Pleasant M. P. Church at 2 o'clock yesterday afternoon conducted by the pastor, Rev. C. M. Elderdice. Interment was in the Crisfield cemetery.
