Emma Marie Lanier, 72 of Kissimmee, passed away Saturday, September 14, 2013. Born in Ariton, Alabama. She moved to Kissimmee from Davenport in 1957. She was a Homemaker and Protestant. Survived by husband James Everett, a daughter, Jan Miller, Kissimmee; Sons, James Jeffrey Lanier, Jerard Clint Lanier and Jody Steven Lanier all of Saint Cloud.
Sister of Lorena Hughes of Alabama; brother, Jimmy Ray Hughes of Haines City.
10 Grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
Graveside funeral services will be held 10:00 A.M. Wednesday, September 18, 2013 at Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Kissimmee, with the Reverend Leonard Thompson, Heartcry Chapel, officiating.
At Marie's request there will be no formal visitation.
