Cora J. Loria, 68, of North View passed away on October 30, 2008 at her residence. She was born November 10, 1939 in Lumberport, the daughter of the late Luther Arnett and Mary Dodd Arnett. She is survived by one son, Anthony L., Jr. and his wife , Shelly, of Heath, OH; two daughters, Debbie C. and her companion Chris J. of North View and Kathy A. of Enterprise; eleven grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren; one brother, Victor A.; two sisters, Edith A. and Almeda G. She was preceded in death by her husband, Anthony Loria, Sr.; one grandson, Jonathan Wright and one great grandson, baby Seth; three sisters, Judy Caterine, Lucille Payton, and Glendine Blair; one brother, Leroy Arnett. Mrs. Loria attended the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Clarksburg and the Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church in Stonewood. She was also a cook for several years for the Department of Corrections and then served as a cook for the Senior Center in Clarksburg. She enjoyed cooking and especially shopping. Family and friends may call the Dorsey Funeral Home, 701 S. Pike Street Shinnston on Sunday November 2, 2008 from 2-4 and 6-8 pm. Catholic Rites will be performed on Monday at 11:00 am at the funeral home. Interment will be in the Shinnston Masonic Cemetery, Shinnston.
