Obituary for Mary Elizabeth Kerstetter:

Mary E. Karstetler was born in Union County, PA, December 22, 1824, and departed this life May 17, 1919 at the age of 94 years, 4 months and 26 days. In 1846 she was united in marriage to Levi Murray. To this union were born 6 children, Eliza, William, Mary Ann, Catherine, David and George. David has preceded her to the other world.

She joined the Lutheran church at an early age and lived a faithful member of that church until 1862 when she became a member of the Methodist church and remained so until her Savior called her home to enjoy her reward.

Her first husband preceded her to the Great Beyond on July 13, 1860. In 1895 she was united in marriage to Jordan Williams and he preceded her to the better land on February 13, 1912, since which time she has made her home with her daughter, Mrs. Eliza Deich. She leaves to mourn her departure 5 children, 35 grandchildren, 79 great- grandchildren and 7 great-great-grandchildren.

Funeral services and interment occurred at Wickliffe, Sunday afternoon.
