Mrs. Edith F. Atwell, 80, one of the oldest members of the Methodist Church in Bennington, Vt, died Wednesday night at Putnam Memorial Hospital. She was born in Brsttleboro, Vt, Dec. 28, 1875, daughter of William H. and Lucy Houghton Fuller. She later resided in Rutland, Vt. On Sept. 2, 1902 she married Richard W. Atwell, formerly of Albany, and he died a few years ago. She was secretary of the WSCS snd only recently received recognition as a 25-year member
of Mt Anthony Chapter, OES. Survivors include one daughter. Miss Helen N. Atwell snd one brother, Samuel L. Fuller of Pittsburgh, Pa. The funeral will be tomorrow at 2 p.m. from the Walbridge Funeral Home, Bennington. Rev. L. Burlin Main, pastor of the Methodist church will officiate. Interment will be in the family lot in Albany Rural Cemetery.
