Dale is survived by his daughters: Melanie Alft of Kissimmee, Karrell Britz of Wisconsin; sons: Douglas Alft and Cameron Alft both of Wisconsin; brother: Harold Alft of Wisconsin; sister: Tootie Downing of Wisconsin and 8 grandchildren
