Orielle Schuyler attended Lake Forest College in Lake Forest, Illinois in 1876-1877. She then attended the University of Michigan and graduated with an M.D. in Dental Surgery in 1883. In 1894 she married Henry C Baum who also attended the University Of Michigan and graduated in 1883 with an M.D. degree. Her second husband was William Curtis who she married in Colorado in 1896.
