He is survived by his brother, Marcus Franklin of Burkesville, KY; his sister, Josie Franklin Moons of Burkesville, KY; several nieces and nephews and several great-nieces and great-nephews also survive. Funeral services for Owen Leslie Franklin will be held on Thursday, October 24, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. in the Memory Chapel of Norris-New Funeral Home with burial in the White Hill Cemetery in Cumberland County, KY.
