Mrs. Alice Forehand, widow of Thomas Forehand, 68, died at 10:40 a.m Saturday at here home, 711 Caillavet Street.

She was a native of Moselle, Miss., and had been in Biloxi 14 years.

She leaves five sons, Clarence, Jesse, Thomas, and Mack Redmond, and Joe Cameron, all of Biloxi; four daughters, Mrs. Lela Ladnier, of Delisle, Mrs. Virda Shumaker, of Biloxi, Mrs. Hattie Coleman, of Biloxi, and Mrs. Beulah Melerine, also of Biloxi.

The funeral was held today from home with burial in Coalville Cemetery. Pallbearers were: Wm. and Leonard Shoemaker, N. Skinner, Buster Williams, Buford Dobson, and Albert Cruse.

The family wishes to thank all those who were so kind during the illness and death of our beloved mother, Mrs. Alice Forehand. Especially do we thank Dr. George Wallace and Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home, and for the beautiful floral offerings.
