Georgianna Worden was an executive secretary and the mother of two young children. She was murdered in her home.
The killer was convicted of the separate murders of Georgianna Worden and 14-year-old Karen Slattery and received two death sentences. In 1992 and on 26 Jun 2018, The Florida State Supreme Court affirmed his death sentence for the murder of Georgianna Worden. His latest appeal of his death sentence for the murder of Karen Slattery is pending. He is on Florida's death row awaiting execution.
