COOLVILLE — Ida Mae "Mickie" Spradlin, 64, of Coolville, died Tuesday, Oct. 14, 2003, at her home.

She was born Aug. 13, 1939, in Worthington, W.Va., the daughter of the late Hurdle and Estel Groggs Sampson.

She is survived by a son, Timothy Spradlin; three grandsons, Jeremy Spradlin of Georgia, and Trevor and Koby Anderson of Guam; three sisters, Carolyn Smith of Mansfield, Margie Benedum of Reedsville and Gladys Barton of Coolville; and a brother, Rickey Sampson of Coolville.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Lisa Anderson; a sister, Anna Weekley; and two brothers, David and Daris Sampson.

Services will be held Friday at 11 a.m. at White-Schwarzel Funeral Home, Coolville, with Pastor Mike Allen officiating. Burial will be in Vanderhoof Cemetery, Coolville.
