Rebecca Secore
TUOLUMNE CITY - Funeral services for Mrs. Rebecca Secore, 70, Tuolumne City woman killed when the car in which she was riding plunged into the Stanislaus River Tuesday afternoon, will be conducted at the Tuolumne City Community Methodist Church by the Rev. Harold Caton.
Interment will be in Carter's Cemetery here where a graveside funeral service will be conducted by Zenith Rebekah Lodge 271 of Tuolumne City of which she was a member.
Beside a niece, she leaves four sisters, Mrs. Dorothy M. Currell and Mrs. Beba Whem [sic - Eva Wehn] of Cleveland Ohio and two others whose whereabouts are unknown.
During her residence in Tuolumne City, Mrs. Secore also was active in the Methodist Church, the Tuolumne County Garden Club and the Women's Society of Christian Service of the Methodist Church.
