Rickey Lee Ousley was born December 15, 1959 in Okmulgee, Oklahoma the son of Joe D. and Emma Jean (Salyers) Ousley. He passed from this life Tuesday, October 29, 2013 in Tulsa at the age of 53 years, 10 months, 14 days.
Rick graduated Wagoner High School in 1978. He completed the Culinary Arts program at OSU Tech and worked as a chef for the Jewish Retirement Center. Rick enjoyed antiquing and collecting Tiffany lamps.
He was preceded in death by both his parents and brothers, Larry, Ron and Bobby Ousley.
A funeral service to celebrate Rick's life is scheduled for 10:30 am, Friday, November 1, 2013 at the Canyon Road Baptist Church, 8550 S. 49th W. Ave. in Tulsa. Burial will follow at 1:00 pm in the Okmulgee City Cemetery in Okmulgee under the direction of Heath-Griffith Funeral Home.
Visitation will be 4pm-8pm, Wednesday and 8am-8pm, Thursday. (Heath/Griffith)
