Larkin Sunset Gardens Cemetery records give his date of burial as 4 May 1972.
Joseph's wife, Ruth Hadlock, was buried in CA when the family went there during the depression to pick cotton. It took me a while to find her cemetery. For a long time no one knew where she was buried because the family moved back to UT not long after her death. She has no marker there at the cemetery because she has no plot number. They were only able to tell me the general area she was buried in. It is a very old and very small cemetery.

There were 3 family members that died during that time that didn't have headstones. (Joseph Albert's wife, a son and daughter) So a few years ago the Liston family put a marker near my grandmother's headstone in memory of them. It's at the Larkin Cemetery (even though they were all buried out in CA during the 30's).

Update: Luana Morgan Kreifeldt reports that sometime in the 70's Joseph's remains were moved to another cemetery. (2-8-11)

Note: Confusion over interment of Joseph's wife has led to two memorials being created for her. The first one is for California and the second one is for Vernal Utah where, according to Vernal cemetery records, she is actually resting. See Spouses below.
