Jeannette Doris (Adams) Desnoyers, 81, of Village East, 546 Mohawk Trail, North Adams, died Thursday, April 24, 2003, at her home.
Born in North Adams on Sept. 24, 1921, she was the daughter of Clodomir and Marie Louise (Pinsoneault) Adams. She attended schools in North Adams, including the former Notre Dame Parochial School, where she took the commercial course.
She was employed with the former Sprague Electric Co., North Adams, for 23 years, until her retirement in 1958.
She was a resident of Adams for 35 years until she returned to North Adams in 1987.
She was a communicant of Notre Dame du Sacre Coeur Church, North Adams. While in Adams, she was a communicant of Notre Dame des Sept Douleurs Church.
Her husband Joseph Desnoyers, whom she married Nov. 11, 1951, died July 20, 1984.
She leaves nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews and cousins.
FUNERAL NOTICE -- Funeral services for Jeannette Desnoyers are private and at the convenience of the family. Burial will be in Southview Cemetery, North Adams.
