There are a number of oddities here.
Although the spelling KILLDOW appears on her husband's tombstone and on one or more censuses, the preferred spelling appears to be KILDOW, thus used on this memorial. [Also, because Find A Grave disallows the logical Kildow/Killdow or Kil(l)dow, listing John as KILLDOW and Susanna as KILDOW means that somebody checking the F.A.G. index for either spelling might find one member of the couple and then, via the marriage link, the other.]
Another oddity is that the tombstone apparently says only "Mother" -- at least it is so-listed in the compilation of transcriptions by Joan Bohm Speer and Jeanine Warren in an undated and not copyrighted publication that dates perhaps to the 1960s or 1970s. Somehow Speer-Warren knew it was a Kildow/Killdow stone, because it appears next to John's transcription in the book.
