Services will be 1 p.m. Saturday, November 2, 2013, at Salem Primitive Baptist Church in Pleasant Ridge with Elder Rodney Bryd officiating. Burial will follow in Shedd Hill Cemetery with Lavender's Funeral Service directing. Visitation will be today from 2 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home. The body will lie in state one hour prior to services at the church.
