Our beloved husband, father, and grandfather passed away on August 31, 2008.
Born March 27, 1928 in Centre, Kentucky.
Married Ruth Butler in 1951. Together,,they had four children. Fred was an avid outdoorsman. He enjoyed helping children in scouting. He worked in the aerospace industry.
Survived by his wife, children, George Fredrick, Wayne Allen (Lois),,and Zanette (Mark) Clark; grandchildren, Karen, Curtis, Brandon, and Jennifer; and four siblings. Preceded in death by his son, Daniel Douglas.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 4, 2008 at Mountain View Memorial Estates Mortuary, 3115 East Bengal Boulevard (7800 South), with a viewing one hour prior.
Interment will follow.
