Born in Barnesville, Ohio to Aaron and Ethel Ballard Abrams, he grew up the eldest of 10 siblings and spent much of his life in Pennsylvania.
Mr. Abrams was known for his artistic and baking talent, as well as a fun sense of humor and love for his family.
He is survived by one daughter, Kathy (Ron) Hanna; one son, Joe (Peggy) Abrams; nine grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
A private burial will be held on Friday in Prescott.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in his name to Good Samaritan Hospice.
Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Hampton Funeral Home. .
