Mrs. Helen Louise Nerren 72, of Escatawpa, MS, passed away on Sunday, October 6, 2013 in Escatawpa. Mrs. Nerren was born on August 18, 1941in Magnolia, MS. She will be remembered as a loving Mother and Grandmother and caring woman, who was loved by her family and neighbors.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 54 years, Freddie L. Nerren; daughter, Brenda Kaye Nerren; parents, Frank and Grace Mote; in-laws, Frank and Bessie Nerren; one son-in-law, Daniel G. Smith; three brothers, two sisters, three sister-in-laws and one brother-in-law.

She is survived by one son, Danny Nerren, USAF (Retired); three daughters, Annette Smith, Sharron Bolton Nerren, and Frankie (Patrick) Harvey; one son-in-law, Roger Bolton; four grandsons, Daniel (Danielle) Smith III, Hugh Smith, Allen Harvey and Colby (Holly) Harvey; four granddaughters, Amanda Meadows, Andrea (Kevin) Brensinger and Amy (Vince) Gazzier, Beth (Scott) Dixon; seven great granddaughters Alexis Bolton; Madelyn Brensinger, Kahlen Brensinger, Rylin Brensinger, Kaitelynn Meadows, McKinley Dixon and Kayleigh Harvey; and two great-grandsons, Riley Harvey and Lawson Gazzier and extended family member Linda (Chris) Womack.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 08, 2013 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Heritage Funeral Home in Escatawpa, MS. Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 09, 2013 beginning at 10:30 a.m. in the funeral home chapel, where the family will accept friends for one hour prior to service time. Bro. Rodney Coleman will be officiating the services. Interment will take place in East Union Baptist Church Cemetery in Magnolia, MS at 3:00 p.m.
