Miss Rhoda M. Acker 83 years old, died yesterday at the home of her sister-in-law, Mrs. Jessie Acker, at Roanoke, three miles southwest of here. Miss Acker was born in Shelby, Orleans county on May 27th, 1843 and was the daughter of Isaiah and Esther Foster Acker. She spent most of her life in Le Roy and Pavilion and was a member of the First Baptist church of Batavia. She leaves a nephew and two nieces. Burial will be in the Pavilion cemetery.
