JAMES B. DYAR (b. abt 1826 SC – d. 1900/10 Oconee Co., SC), son of Martin Dyar and Rhoda Russell, married Sept 16, 1855, Hart Co., GA, to MILLIE POWELL (b. 1835/40 GA – d. 1910/20 Oconee Co., SC). Their approx deaths were derived from census records. In the 1900 Oconee County census, James and Millie are both living with their son, James Martin, and his wife. The 1910 census has Millie, a widow, living with her son, John Tinsley, and his wife. Millie is not listed in the 1920 Oconee County census.
