William L. Adams, jr.
Yarmouth, Oct. 28. - William L. Adams, jr., 63, president of the Maine Good Roads Association, died Wednesday in his Portland Street home.
Mr. Adams was a 32 degree Mason and was a past high priest of Roal Arch Chapter and a member of Casco Lodge, No. 35, FAM. He was employed by Megquter and Jones Company, Portland, for many years and was associated with the Chase Tansfer Company also of Portland at the time of his death.
Born, Aug. 19, 1885, in Portalnd, the son of William L. and Sarah Cady Adams, he attended Portland Public schools and was graduated from North Yarmouth Academy.
Surviving are his widow, the former Eva M. Barstow and his father William L. Adams, sr., bothof Yarmouth.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Saturady in riverside at the residence with the Rev. George M. Hooten, Jr., officiating. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery
