Yarmouth, Jan. 4 - Arthur C. True, 81, died this morning at the home of his son, Paul A. True, Spring Street, after a long period of failing health. He was born here March 23, 1870, son of William and Alice Freeborn True, and had lived here all his life with the exception of 25 years in Haverhill, Mass., where he operated a shoe shop. He returned here in 1920. Surviving besides his son, are another son, Frank G. True of South Windham; a daughter, Mrs. Edward Dierauer of Haverhill, Mass., and 14 grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday from the Lindquist Funeral Home with teh Rev. Barron F. McIntire officiating. Interment will be in Riverside Cemetery.
