Troy, IL--Mrs. Katherine Deimling, 75-year-old Troy resident, died Monday Nov. 9, at 7 a.m. in St. Joseph hospital in Highland, where she had been a patient for one month and 12 days.
Mrs. Deimling was born in O'Fallon, Dec. 17, 1877, the daughter of the late Joseph and Elizabeth Landgraf. She was married to John F. Deimling of Troy in Springfield, Ill.
Funeral services were held Wednesday, Nov. 11, at Friedens E and R church at 2 p.m. Rev. R.H. Mornhinweg officiated. Interment was in Friedens cemetery.
She is survived by a son, John; and a daughter-in-law Josephine of Troy; one brother-in-law, John Feldmeier, formerly of Troy and now residing in Highland; one niece, Helen Landgraf of St. Louis; and one grand nephew, Robert Bode of O'Fallon. She was preceded in death by her husband, John, who died Jan. 29, 1934 and two sons, Joseph and Woodrow, who both died in infancy.
