Frank Ingalls age 68 died at Soldiers Home Dec. 13. Born at East Maclaw, [sp]Me. He came to Richfield in 18789 and has resided here since. He is survived by his Mother, Mrs. Mary Mosher: sister, Mrs. C.H. Garvey, two daughters: Mrs. A. Haight and Mrs. T.L. Adair and son Frank. Services at his sisters, 4453 Lyndale Ave S. Monday at 2 P.M. Interment at Richfield

Charles Ingalls(Born 1819) who married Mary Jane Hanscom(many sailors/ship builders in her family)on Dec. 14,1847.Charles was a sea captain and was stricken with the plague while on a trip to the far east, India.He was 33 yrs old and left a widow with three children: Charles O., Frank, and Viola.His widow Mary Jane, journeyed by covered wagon to Wisconsin where she remarried Isaac Mosher and settled in Richfield, Minnesota on a farm.
