DEATH OF THOMAS W. HAMLIN.
Thomas Warren Hamlin passed away at his home on East Main street early Tuesday morning, after a protracted illness, aged 80 years, 7 months and 13 days.
Mr. Hamlin was born in Yarmouth, Mass., June 16, 1840, the son of Benjamin and Eleanor Hamlin. As a young man he followed the sea. He had been a resident of Falmouth for many years.
Mr. Hamlin is survived by one son, Wendell Hamlin, of Cotuit, and by a step-son, I. Freeman Lowden of Falmouth. A daughter, Estelle (Hamlin) Barry, died November 5, 1919. Funeral services were held Thursday afternoon at the First Congregational church, Rev. Irving A. Flint officiating. Interment was in Oak Grove cemetery.
