ALLISON, ALONZO C. - age 85, of Knoxville, went home to be with the Lord on November 14, 2013. He was a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean War. He loved to fish, play cards, and the Atlanta Braves, but most of all he loved his family. He always wanted the family together. Preceded in death by his parents, Margaret and Louis Allison.

Survived by his wife of 58 years, Opal Allison; daughters, Kim (Tony) Ingram, Karen (David) Black, Kathy Large, Katrina (Randy) Lowe, and Kristi (Jason) Branson; grandchildren, Alison Black, Casey (William) Morris, Jodi (Jason) Watson, Jon (Cassi) Ingram, Stephen (Donial) Saunders, Jennifer (Ricky) Flatford, Dallon Lowe, Aaron Large, and Taylor Branson; great grandchildren, Levi and Tinley Morris, Sebastian Watson, Liam and Chloe Ingram, Donald, Jasmine, Skylar and Alonzo Joe Saunders;

special mention, Tim Large. Funeral service 3:00 p.m., Sunday, at Mynatt Funeral Home Halls Chapel with Rev. Steve Doyal officiating. Family and friends will meet 10:45 a.m., Monday, at Greenwood Cemetery for 11:00 a.m. interment.
