Mrs. Rose J. Mrotek, 80, died at home, 1309 S. 20th St., Manitowoc, after a heart attack Thursday morning.
Funeral services will be at 8:30 a.m. Saturday at Pfeffer Funeral Home and at 9 a.m. at St. Mary Catholic Church, Manitowoc. The Rt. Rev. Msgr. John S. Landowski will officiate and burial will be in the church cemetery.
The former Rose Skorch was born Aug. 31, 1884, in the Town of Two Rivers, daughter of the late Anton and Mary Migawa Skorch. She was married to Charles X. Mrotek May 3, 1904, at St. Mary Church, Manitowoc, and the couple always resided at Manitowoc. Mr. Mrotek died July 19, 1956.
Mrs. Mrotek is survived by two sons, Ambrose, of Manitowoc, and Chester, of Milwaukee, a daughter, Miss Florence Mrotek, a brother, Anton Skorch, two sisters, Mrs. Frances Revolinski and Mrs. Martha Levendusky, of Manitowoc, a grandchild and a great grandchild. A daughter preceded her in death.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 3 p.m. Friday where the Rosary will be recited at 7:30 p.m.
