Victor Mrotek, 71, of 1209 S. 19th St., Manitowoc, died Friday evening at the family residence.
Funeral services will be at 9:30 a.m. Monday at Pfeffer Funeral Home and 10 a.m. at St. Mary Catholic Church, Manitowoc. The Rev. Joseph Mattern will officiate with burial in St. Mary Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Mr. Mrotek was born March 2, 1906, at Manitowoc, son of the late Anton and Josephine Skorch Mrotek. He married Lila Kubatski Feb. 8, 1939, at St. Mary Church. He had been employed at Lakeside Packing Co., Manitowoc, for 21 years and then as a bridgetender for the City of Manitowoc until his retirement in 1970. Mr. Mrotek was a 45 year member of Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie 706 of Manitowoc.
Survivors include his wife, a daughter and son-in-law, Vicki and Joe Rathsack, and a brother, Edwin, of Manitowoc; a sister, Mrs. Caroline Nowack, of Watertown and three grandchildren. Three brothers and three sisters preceded him in death.
Friends may call at Pfeffer Funeral Home from 4 to 9 p.m. Sunday, where an Eagles Memorial service will be at 7 p.m. and a prayer service will be at 8 p.m.
