being duly sworn, do depose and say that Benjamin W. Clapp late sole owner of Lot No. 613 in THE GREEN- WOOD CEMETERY died on the 19th day of December, 1868, leaving no will; that the sole surviving heirs at law to said lot, are his daughter, viz: JOSEPHINE C. SIBLEY; the two children of his deceased daughter, Mary E. Sibley, viz: MARY E. RHETT and ALICE E. SIBLEY; the son of his deceased daughter Georgiana C. Leggett, viz: HOWARD C. LEGGETT this deponent and the son of Mary C. Aitken (deceased daughter of Samuel C. Clapp, deceased son of said Benjamin W. Clapp), viz: LAWRENCE AITKEN; there being no issue of any other deceased child of said Benjamin W. Clapp, deceased.
