Walter J. Brunswick, 73, of Ft. Loramie, died Thursday at 9:15 p.m. at St. Marys Joint Township District Memorial Hospital. He had been ill two years.

He was born April 5, 1906, in Chickasaw, son of Henry and Margaret (Cardo) Brunswick.

On Nov 30, 1933, he married the former Hilda Fortman.

She survives with two sisters, Marcella Barga of New Weston, and Mrs. Joseph (Helen) Fortman of Fort Loramie.

Two brothers and two sisters are deceased.

Mr. Brunswick retired in 1969 from the Minster Machine Tool Co. He was a member of the 25-Year Club at Minster Machine, the St. Augustine Catholic Church of Minster, the Holy Name Society, and the St. Augustine Orphans Society.

Services were held Monday at 10 a.m. at the church with the Rev. Joseph Pax officiating. Burial was in the church cemetery.

Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster, was in charge of arrangements.
