Clarence R. Zenker, Age 67, of Fairview, died Saturday at his home two miles east of Fairview. Born March 15, 1894 in Newberry. He moved to Fairview in 1944 from East Lansing. He was an interior and exterior decorator for the past 50 years. He married Clara LaParl Aug. 19, 1929 in Ohio. Surviving are his widow, three daughters Mrs. Merta Winn, Perry; Mrs. Marlene Champagne, Barton City; and Maureen, at home; two sons, T. Richard, Flushing, Don, Lansing; ten grandchildren. Services will be held Tuesday at 2 p.m. in the Comins Mennonite Church with the Rev. Rudolph Martens officiating. Burial [June 20, 1961] will be in Fairview Cemetery.
