Paintsville resident, Mildred Marie Blair, 80, died Friday, June 14,1996 at the Paul B Hall Medical Center. She was born October 25, 1915, in Johnson County, the daughter of William and Nancy Webb Rice, She is proceeded in death by her husband, Irvin Blair. Surviving are five sons, Kenny Blair and Larry Blair of Oil Springs, Mervel Blair of Lowmansville Wendell Blair of Ashland and Arnold Blair of Oil Springs; two daughters, Eleanor Fairchild of Barnetts Creek and Carolyn Ohitwood of Ashland; 22 grandchildren, and 14 great grandchildren. Funeral services were held June 17th at Pigeon Enterprise Baptist Church with Charles Stapleton officiating. Burial was in Rice Family Cemetery.
