Funeral services for T. Bayard Williams, former chief judge of the Peoples Court, will be held from his home, 3014 Dunlow Road, Dundalk.
He is survived by his wife, the former Elizabeth A. Stengle, three sons, T. Bayard Jr., James L and Jack H. Williams.
Also surviving is a brother, William L. Williams of Teaneck NJ.

Born in Baltimore, he was the son of the late Dr. Edmund Jones Williams and Mrs. Ellen Wooten Williams. After graduating from City College, he studied law at the University of Maryland Law School, receiving his law degree in 1902. He practiced alone until being joined by his two sons, T. Bayard Jr. and Jack H. Williams.
