WINTHROP - Eden Henry Barter, 85, died Saturday at his Winthrop home.
He was born Oct. 9. 1874, son of George H. and Georgia Decker Barter. He has been a resident of Winthrop for 32 years and was employed for some years at the former Wilton Mills. He was a member of the Winthrop Methodist church.
He is survived by his wife, Deltena Maxim Barter: three sons, Raymond Chicago, Eden L., Mt Vernon, and Silas H., Augusta: two sisters, Miss Carrie Barter, Roxbury, Mass. and Mrs Bessie Bradley, Portland.
