Henry A. Eubank, 89, Indianapolis, passed away on November 16, 2013. Mr. Eubank was a United States Navy Veteran and was an Accountant at the Army Finance Center in Indianapolis.
He leaves to cherish his memory, God Son, Mr. Jerry Middleton, stepson, Derick Eubank and a host of extended family and friends.
His visitation will take place on Friday, November 22, 2013, 10am to 12pm, with the Homegoing Celebration at 12pm at Pilgrim Missionary Baptist Church. Burial will take place at Washington Park North Cemetery.
