Fayrene Roy, passed away Thursday, November 21, 2013 at her home in Casey County, KY. She was 65.
Born April 11, 1948 in Casey County, KY, she is the daughter of the late George and Ollie Carmicle Anderson. She was a homemaker and member of the 910 Full Gospel Church.
Survivors include her husband, Garland Glen Roy, whom she married December 25, 1992; a daughter, Markeeta Wilson of Liberty; two grandchildren, Felisha Richardson and Ashley Wilson; three grandchildren, Austin, Hunter and Lily; a brother, Lester Anderson of Liberty; and four sisters, Maeleen (and Danny) Turner of Dunnville, Maxine Lawhorn of Lexington, Evelyn Russell of Lexington and Phyllis (and Ernie) Bell of Russell Springs.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by a sister, Devonda Chambers.
Funeral services are 2:00 P.M. Sunday, November 24, 2013 at the 910 Full Gospel Church with Bro. Kelly Burton, Jr. officiating. Burial is at the Roy Family Cemetery.
Visitation is Sunday from 11:00 A.M. -2:00 P.M. at the 910 Full Gospel Church.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be given to the funeral home to help offset funeral expenses.
