Vera E. Wolcott, 92, of Schuylerville, died Sunday, September 30, 2001, at the Saratoga Hospital.
Services were conducted at Flynn Bros., Inc. Funeral Home with the Rev. Bonnie Bates, pastor of the Schuylerville United Methodist Church, officiating.
Burial was in Greenridge Cemetery, Saratoga Springs.
Born May 25, 1909 in Oriskany Falls,
she was the daughter of Harry and Amelia (Swanson) Wolcott.
Vera was a former resident of Saratoga Springs.
She was a school teacher and had taught at the Schuylerville Central School for over 20 years.
She had also taught in one room schools in Wilton.
She was a member of the Schuylerville United Methodist Church.
Survivors include a daughter, Linda Duff of Schuylerville;
three sisters, Fern Wolcott of New Orleans, Louisiana, Joyce Lampert of Porter Corners and Audrey Murphy of Moretown, VT;
one brother Willard Wolcott of Camden;
and Linda's children and grandchildren.
