The celebration of life will be at 11:30 a.m. Friday at First Baptist Church, with the Rev. Lonnie Gee officiating.
Mrs. Cecil-Webb was born on Sept. 7, 1925 in Jerseyville, Illinois, and was a daughter of William H. and Dora M. Abbott.
She was a homemaker and a member of First Baptist Church and its Gal Pals. She enjoyed embroidery and reading and was devoted to her family, really enjoying her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Survivors include a daughter, Trudy A. Etheredge, of Casa Grande; son, Sonny Cecil, of Casa Grande; a sister, Ruby Postlewait of Jerseyville, IL; 13 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph H. Webb; three sons: Howard, Jerry and Gary Cecil; two brothers and six sisters.
