MORAN, Paul D., Sr. "Poppie," 82, of Midlothian, passed away September 29, 2013. He was preceded in death by his wife of 63 years, Violet L. Moran; and grandson, Michael Paul Smith. Survivors include his children, Cheri Harvey, Dennis Moran (Barbara), Cindy Lessin (Alan), Holli Watson (David) and Tom Moran (Miriam); grandchildren, Lynn Jarrelle (Norman), Josh Moran (Amanda), Myles Moran, Allison Moran, Meghan Traylor, Erin Mahone (Keith), Jeff Lessin (Havah), Alex and Adam Watson, Eve and Spencer Moran; great-grandchildren, Madison and Morgan Jarrelle, Bryson Moran, Ellie Traylor, Laney, Liam and Declan Mahone. Paul and Violet owned and operated their family business, Moran Hearing Aid Center, which they founded in 1967, until their retirement. His remains rest at the Huguenot Chapel, Woody Funeral Home, 1020 Huguenot Road, where family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday and where funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Thursday. Interment to follow at Powhatan Community Cemetery. In
