Mr. Paul A. Parlier, 70, of Edith Drive, Albany, died Wednesday, July 9, 2003.

A native of Fulton County, Mr. Parlier had lived in Albany since 1995 when he moved from Riverdale. He was a Korean War veteran of the U. S. Navy and was retired from Consolidated Freightways.

Mr. Parlier was a member of Avalon United Methodist Church in Albany and American Legion Post 30.

A funeral was held Saturday, July 12, in the chapel of Mathews Funeral Home in Albany with the Rev. Dale Thornton officiating. Burial followed that afternoon at College Park Cemetery.
