Daniel K. Adams, 61, of Port Charlotte, FL passed away Saturday, Nov. 23, 2013. He was the son of Carl and Miriam (nee Hunn) Adams, born April 5, 1952 in Wabash, IN. Dan graduated from T-M High School class of 1970 in Trotwood, OH and earned his Bachelor's at Miami University, Oxford, OH, class of '74. He married his high school sweetheart, Joy Erbaugh on June 17, 1972 in Dayton, OH. Dan was the former Vice President of Adams Bros. Cabinetry.
Dan will be greatly missed by his wife, Joy; moms, Miriam Adams, Katherine Erbaugh; children, Matthew (Tara) Adams, Kara (Curt) Bennett, Jonathan (Rebecca) Adams, Kelsey (Alan) Veitengruber; siblings, Susan Adams, Tim (Lois) Adams, John (Sue) Adams, Joel (Ann) Adams, Mark Adams; sister-in-law, Pam Adams; 10 grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father; brother, Steve Adams; father-in-law, Lowell "Bub" Erbaugh; niece, Megan Adams; and grandparents.
A celebration of life will be held 2pm, Saturday, November 30, 2013 at First Alliance Church, Port Charlotte.
