Funeral services for Mrs. Vivian Christine Potts, age 65, will be held on Wednesday March 21, 2012 at 2 PM in the Chapel of Shelton-Hunt Funeral Home with Jody Allen officiatng. Burial will follow in Salem Cemetery near Gadsden, TN. Visitation will be held on Tuesday March 20, 2012 from 5 until 9 PM in the chapel.
Mrs. Potts a homemaker passed away on Monday March 19, 2012 at Humboldt Nursing and Rehab Center.
Mrs. Potts was preceded in death by her parents John and Bessie (Hamilton) Scrivner, and three brothers Wayne, Tony, and Benny Scrivner.
Mrs. Potts is survived by her husband Barry Potts of Humboldt; a daughter Sherry Potts Arnold of Trenton; four sons Rocky Potts Sr,Luther Potts, and Yancee Potts all of Trenton and Wilbur Potts of Humboldt;two sisters Rosie Dunnagan and Alice Shivers both of Trenton; and two brothers Jimmy Scrivner and Donald Scrivner both of Chicago, IL; ten grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.
