Lynn Nero passed away peacefully at her home in Garden Valley, California on Sunday, September 18, 2005, after a long illness. She was a resident of Garden Valley for the past four years. She had previously lived in Spokane and Richland, Washington, for many years. Her strong Christian faith and gracefulness in accepting and making the best of what life had to offer was the source of inspiration to many who knew and loved her. Lynn grew up in Denver, Colorado, and married Norville Nero of Arlington Heights, Illinois, on April 21,1957. Their marriage of 35 years was blessed with two daughters. Her husband, "Norv," passed away in Richland, Washington, in September of 1992. Lynn worked in various professional areas such as project administrator and data analyst at Radian Corporation in Sacramento, California, Battelle Pacific NW Labs in Richland, Washington, and Columbia Lighting in Spokane, Washington. She loved family events, reading, bible study, needlework, and learning computer design and software. "He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will resting the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the Lord, "He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust." Psalm 91:1-2
