A celebration of life funeral service will be held in Mt Zion Missionary Baptist Church with pastor Orlando Freeman officiating. Burial will be in Perla Cemetery, with services provided by Brandon's Mortuary.

Willie Joe was born November 8, 1931 in Rosston, Arkansas to the parentage of the late Milton Joe and Amanda Brewer Joe.
Willie Lee Joe was an active member of Mt Zion Missionary Baptist Church until his health began to decline. He was a self-employed entipernuer and was a farmer, Logger and owned a grocery store. He was a loving husband to Exia Gean Yarbrough Joe.
He is survived by his loving wife Exia Gean Joe of Malvern, Arkansas; children: Willie Lee Joe, Jr. of Madison, Wisconsin, Helen Joe Young (Bobby) of Malvern; Doris Collins (Rev. Byron) of Norfolk, VA; Shirley Joe of Malvern; Amanda Carr of Kansas City, Missouri; Raymond Joe (Tiffany) of Colorado Springs, CO; Joe Ann Welch (Martie) of Malvern;
sister-in-law Mary Frederick (James) of Temecula, CA; Brothers-in-law: Henry Yarbrough (Ann) and Clifton Yarbrough (Ethel) of Malvern,;
