Martha L. “Mickie” Glorius, a longtime resident of Port Charlotte, Florida, passed away Thursday, Aug. 25, 2016, at Treasure Coast Hospice Home in Fort Pierce, Florida.
She was born Nov. 14, 1924, in Burketown, Virginia.
Mickie and her husband retired from owning and operating an interior design shop in Baltimore, Maryland, prior to moving to Port Charlotte in 1972.
She is survived by her daughter, Marcia Glorius of Port St. Lucie, Florida; nephews, Tim Frank and Dick Johns, also of Port St. Lucie; a sister, Sarah Rhodes of Singers Glen, Virginia; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, William B. Frank Sr., and Repha Craun Frank Kelly; and two brothers, William B. Frank Jr., and Stanley C. Frank. Mickie was also preceded in death by her loving husband, George W. Glorius.
