Ada E. Huber, 79, of Elizabethtown died Monday, Sept. 9, at Hardin Memorial Hospital. The LaRue County native was a retired bookkeeper who worked for Dusty Rhodes Ford and Go-For Tractor Parts. She was preceded in death by her parents William Harrison and Ora Loyall Huber.

She is survived by a sister, Marie Humphrey of Elizabethtown; two nephews, William G. Humphrey of Flaherty and James L. Humphrey of Elizabethtown; two nieces, Phyllis Ann Slinker and Jayne M. Shagool, both of Elizabethtown; two great nieces, Katherine Marie "Buffy" McCormack and Airel Renee Slinker, both of Elizabethtown; and two great nephews, Clayton Brooks Humphrey and Logan Taylor Humphrey, both of Elizabethtown.

The funeral was held Friday Sept. 13, at Brown Funeral Home with burial in Red Hill Cemetery in Hodgenville.
