Mr. Gerald Hardesty, brother to Mr. Bill Hardesty, died at the Pekin Hospital on 4-15-2002.

He is the son of Mr. William David Jr. & Mrs. Geraldine A. {DuBois} Hardesty of Canton, Illinois, and the husnabd of Mrs. Roxie J. {Ford} Hardesty of Canton, and they were married in Canton on March 8, 1964. She Survives.

He does leave two son sons, Gerald Jr of London Mills, Illinois, and James of Farmington, Illinois, and one daughter, Miss Shellie Hardesty of Batchtown, and one brother Bill III of Middle Grove, Illinois, and one sister Miss Pamela Clayton of Canton.

Gerry is a 1963 graduate of Canton Senior H.S., and he worked for Caterpillar for 33 years in Building KK in East Peoria, Illinois, and also worked with his brother with Hardesty Construction.
